Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit is ONLY to reserve your desired time and date and will be credited toward the total cost of your service. Deposit amount will vary depending on the service you are having. Remaining balance is due once service has been rendered.

Rescheduling

A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Same day rescheduling is not permitted and will be considered a "no show". Please understand that when you cancel or are a no show, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. 

Lateness

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment regardless of unforeseen circumstances will be canceled. Please understand that I need your full appointment time to give you the attention you deserve without rushing or being late with my next client. 
Reminder: Deposits are non-refundable. If you are over 15 minutes late and would like to reschedule you may do so however you will need to place another deposit.

Guests

No guests are allowed. Please refrain from bringing guests, children, and pets/service animals to your appointment.

Previous Work

Microblading: Please let me know ahead of time if you've had your eyebrows previously tattooed by another artist. You will need to submit a clear photo of your eyebrows PRIOR to booking. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, a tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we can begin cover-up or re-work.
If you show up to your appointment and have previous cosmetic tattoo that wasn't approved prior to booking, you will forfeit your deposit.
 

Guarantees

Guidelines as well as after care are provided to achieve optimal results, but there are NO GUARANTEES made due to different skin types reacting differently to the procedure, and we have no control over outside factors that contribute to the final product.
